Targeted Suspect List (TSL)

Generate a Lot More New Business

The Targeted Suspect List (TSL) brings up a list of clients/assets that share a common product type,  market area and specific criteria. Once the list has been generated, it is given a name that will make the TSL instance available whenever needed. The purpose of this tool is to compile phone campaign lists of people who have a common product type, market area and criteria related to their asset, people, financials, legals and market. Building and calling such a list takes some of the cold out of cold calling because of the common issues shared by the  clients on the list. By adding work with the Marketing Campaign Overlay (MCO) and the Strategic Advisory Program (SAP) components you eliminate the cold out of cold calling altogether. The TSL and all of its components make calling a lot more fun and many times more effective. It is easy to build a wide array of TSL instances that cover different areas and client criteria. You may rotate from one TSL to another at any time.

Client Project Dashboard (CPD)

Bring Deals To Completion With Certainty

The Client Project Dashboard (CPD) receives accepted offers to meet within the Deal Generation Tab. Records are moved and managed onto the Deal Completion Tab which follows each transaction all the way to completion and repeat business and referrals. this tool refreshes on a Quarterly basis and as a result feeds actual status of proposals, listings and deals in contract into the Tactical Game Designer (TGD) so the actual results are displayed against the projected results. You can project the month when the deal will move from its current status to a next level toward completion. The essential client information is displayed on the CPD and complete information can be accessed easily as well as a map. There are ways to determine the certainty level CLU and the nature of the client RWT plus an Income calculator and a way to designate the lead agent and the deal sourcing agent. Notes and Next Actions are carried forth from the TSL and added to here. There are additional Components to include the MCO and the SAP. These include the Transactional Event Manager (TEM) and the Document Manager (DOC). There is a Deal Status Tracker (DST) and a Deal Conversion Board (DCB). There is a complete record of everything previously sent to the client and the ACM which tracks team promises to clients and client promises to the team. With this tool you have all the information you need to make the right choices about what to focus on. You have access to complete information at all times as you also manage strategic clients, buyers and referrals.

Tactical Game Designer (TGD)

Create a Viable Income Flight Plan

The Tactical Game Designer (TGD) provides a method of projecting your income out five, six or seven quarters into the future. This way you know exactly what must be done today to stay on track to that projected future.  Once you establish a Floor, Target & Game for the year ahead, you may also so the same for proposals, listings and deals in contract. Based on your average check size, double end ratio, conversion rations from proposals to listings, listings to contracts and contracts to closings and the specific FTG deal count for all three, you are able to project what income will be generated. At this point you can take a variety of actions to increase your chances of reaching your income goals by the designated quarter. You can set the game by defining the percentage of your annual Floor, Target or Game will be achieved by activity on  quarter by quarter basis. Once the initial calculation has been set you will be able to move some deals through the cycle faster or push them off depending on what will achieve your quarterly and annual income objectives. When a quarter ends the TGD can be relaunched to achieve the results.

Client Asset HomeBase Database

Isolate and Easily Access High Value Data

This transitional database imports client/asset data from virtually any major CRM application via an Excel file. HomeBase offers a place to store client/asset records and all of the generated materials created within the Sales Game Navigator Toolset. There is an robust sort capacity when it comes to locating clients from alphabetical to complex combinations of deal status and criteria. Everywhere the client may go within the Toolset they remain HomeBase with all pertinent data intact. Within HomeBase portfolios can be assembled and broken up as needed. Complete client and client team information is maintained and accessible by the TSL and the CPD. All in all, HomeBase provides a clear foundation for effective data management and this supports the primary objective of the Sames Game Navigator Toolset which is to guide agent activity management and performance.
